Welcome to Hill Side Service Villa. By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Guest Identification

All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or driving license) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid proof of identity.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Occupancy Rules

Guests must respect the maximum occupancy limits specified for each villa. Subletting or transferring reservations to unregistered guests is strictly prohibited. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighboring properties.

4. Damage & Liability

Guests are held financially liable for any damage caused to the villa property, furniture, or fittings during their stay. Hill Side Service Villa is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
