Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hill Side Service Villa, we understand that plans can change. Since our room allocations are limited and highly sought after, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policies.

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 30 days prior to check-in: Full (100%) refund of the booking amount.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Within 14 days of check-in: No refunds are provided.

2. Date Modifications

Modifications to reservation dates can be requested up to 14 days before your arrival. Modification requests are subject to villa availability and seasonal pricing differences. Modifying dates is not allowed within 14 days of check-in.

3. Peak Season Bookings

Please note that for bookings during peak seasons (October to February) and long holidays, all bookings are non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
